It's no big secret that Brooklyn is the epicenter of independent music in America and we are psyched to announce, in partnership with Women In Music, a very special Industry Focus event on Wednesday, April 20th at Coco66 in Greenpoint. This panel and networking event geared towards independent musicians and artists (of all genders!) is bolstered by a panel of heavy-hitting music industry professionals eager to share their knowledge and insight as well as answer your burning questions as well as a select group of local industry VIPs who will be ready to network with participants during the mingling slots of the event.

Work It Brooklyn is an event-based networking organization devised as a forum to connect residents of this region working independently without the benefit of a network support system, and bringing them toether for an evening of conversation, partnership, and exchange of ideas-- all while having a whole lot of fun.
Women in Music is a dynamic group of music industry professionals working together to support, cultivate and recognize the talents of women in our field. Through educational seminars, panels, networking events, showcases, our annual Touchstone Awards, and other gala events, we provide camaraderie and tools for advancement to hundreds of members at all stages of their careers.
